Kyle Pudenz presents "Mid-Mo to Nashville," Songwriters in the Round!!
Join Nashville multi-instrumentalist Kyle Pudenz for an evening of music with 3 of his favorite country & Americana songwriters in the round! Hear these artists’ original music, new songs, and their stories behind the songs in an intimate acoustic show similar to the likes of Nashville’s Listening Room or Bluebird Cafe. On Wednesday, August 16, Kyle will be joined by 3 unique independent songwriters with which he has shared the stage and recorded in the studio along this journey:
Vermont-born, Nashville singer-songwriter Zach Ummer (www.zachummer.com/) has released 2 albums, “Zach Ummer- EP” and “These Open Wounds,” since his move to Music City and is currently in the studio recording for his third release! Zach & Kyle have collaborated both on tour and in the studio since 2011.
Columbia, MO’s Alec Davis (www.alecdaviscountry.com/) is one of central Missouri’s hottest new independent country artists, and was joined by Kyle on fiddle & mandolin on his brand new EP, “God, Guns, Girls & Guitars.”
Ashland, MO native Brad Cunningham (www.bradcunninghamband.com/) has been a staple of the Missouri songwriting scene both as an award-winning independent singer-songwriter; Cunningham was a 2016 finalist in the Telluride Troubadour Contest, Falcon Ridge Folk Fest, and International Songwriting Competition, and as the founder of one of central Missouri’s most popular folk-rock bands, Man In The Ring, which featured Kyle Pudenz on fiddle before his move to Nashville. Cunningham’s newest project, the Brad Cunningham Band, recently celebrated 1 year since the release of their debut album, “Every Inch of Texas,” distributed by Sony RED, and has since been paving their way in the Texas country & Red Dirt music scene.
